Marc was our agent for both the buying of our new home and the selling of our home. He was terrific to work with on both transactions. Marc and Craig are consummate professionals. Prepared, completely thorough, and experienced are some of the best ways to describe the Lotzofs. We were extremely impressed by Marc Lotzof. We listed with him just before the start of the pandemic. We are first-time home sellers and Marc walked us through the process and explained the documents that we needed to complete. He also kept us informed at every step and was available when we had questions. He had a great game plan for selling, was very efficient, and within a week we had multiple offers that exceeded our expectations. We were duly impressed by Marc’s ability. Then, the pandemic hit, our buyers chickened-out, and we were back on the market. Here is when Marc truly shined as someone who was willing to stick with us, concerned about our interests, rather than looking for a quick sale. Despite the adverse conditions, he continued to work on selling, kept in close contact, and finally we were able to close a sale that we were very pleased with.
