Kevin guided us through every step of the process with patience, honesty, and professionalism. We are extremely grateful to Glen Henderson and his team for going above and beyond all expectations while helping my family sell a beach condo in the Oceanside area. Glen took the project at a time when the unit required some restoration, and we were worried about potential complications that could arise from having to do that the work while living relatively far from the San Diego area. Thankfully, thanks to Glen, everything went very smoothly. He not only offered professional help and advice on every aspect of what could have been a very challenging process, but he represented our interest extremely well when we needed to interact with insurance, restoration services, etc. It became clear to us very rapidly that Glen is passionate about his work and that he enjoys taking the time to interact with his clients to understand their needs and preferences. Kevin Silverstein is a dedicated professional who always considers his clients needs and interests the highest priority. He is very responsive in his communication with his clients and made himself available to meet our needs since we were located over 400 miles away. He represented us after we decided to move closer to our children and 3 grandchildren from Northern California to Chula Vista. He was recommended to us by our daughter and her husband who used his expertise to find their first home. He has many professional contacts who conducted detailed inspections of the home we decided on, including solar, roof, general home condition, repairs that might be needed, as well as our own property appraisal. I recently bought a condo at first , I didn’t know where to start, thankfully Kevin, helped me through. I appreciate his integrity and clear communication throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer any questions even address any concerns that came up along the way. Showing true interest on what is best for me. I highly recommend Kevin, if you want someone honest on your side, Kevin is the right guy.

Glen had previously sold our friend's home a few years back. We interviewed three realtors, and when they come to meet you and view your property, they often make the process seem incredibly simple. However, there are numerous tasks involved with the listing, and everything went precisely as planned. We received multiple offers, and the communication with Glen was flawless. Whenever I received a message from him regarding an offer, whether it was good or bad, he would conclude with, “I recommend we do this.” Selling a home can be stressful, but every detail was communicated effectively. Your home holds special memories, and parting with it is challenging. I wholeheartedly recommend Glen and his team. Glen had a solution for every hurdle we faced. In my opinion, the inspection is the most daunting part of selling. We needed to have our home tented for termites, and scheduling that was months away.
