“Working in the New Home Industry in Southern California I am exposed to quite a few real estate agents. So when it came time to choose the right agent to list a family trust coastal property I knew exactly who I wanted to handle the sale. I first learned of the Greg Cummings Team a few years ago thru a flyer that came across my desk and I reached out to Greg with a few questions as I often do to see how agents respond to general inquiries. What impressed me from the start was the prompt reply I received and a personal phone call I got to discuss our situation. Although we didn’t know it at the time, we were years off from actually needing a listing agent but that didn’t stop Greg from making me feel like I was his first priority. Greg knew we were not in a position to sell as we had an aging family member living in the property yet that didn’t stop him from periodically checking in, not to ask about listing the property, but rather to see how we were all doing. Highly recommend Jamie. We just bought a home in La Costa with Jamie. She is hard working, smart, knowledgeable, and responsive. She knows San Diego very well. She always stayed on top of the process and was very responsible. She was happy to do many home tours, both in-person and virtual, while we were still feeling out the market. She gave honest feedback, which is critical. Excellent realtor!

This was our second time working with Jamie. The first time we were sellers, this time we were buyers. Jamie is equally proficient at both. Jamie always has her client's best interest in mind and is not afraid of submitting requests that other agents might be shy of. Our initial offer was low, and Jamie never balked at submitting it. I have had other agents in the past who were afraid of offending the seller or just didn't want to waste their time with the back and forth of counter offers, but Jamie did everything we asked of her. She is always positive, extremely professional, and responds promptly to every call, email or text. Whether it was selling our downtown San Diego condo, or buying a second home in San Marcos, Jamie can do it all.
