We are so grateful to Greg Cummings of the Greg Cummings Group in San Diego! We are so glad we found him. We live in Northern CA and needed to sell our condo in San Diego and it was very stressful figuring out how to take care of everything from so far away. Greg made it so easy - he took care of every thing- getting the unit cleaned, handling small repairs, getting it painted and upgraded, staging it, designing a great website and marketing strategy. He even went out and bought sacks of gravel for the patio landscaping at the last minute before the first Open House! His communication with us was great, and we are very happy with the whole process. We highly recommend Greg and his team.

If you have Jamie as your realtor, you are set! As first time homebuyers with a bit of a crunch time to find a home for our quickly growing family (twins on the way), Jamie made the process seemless. We had a detailed conversation about what we were looking for and she sent us many great options. Our best option happened to become available while we were on vacation but Jamie made sure we didn’t miss the great opportunity and dealt with everything while we were away from sending us detailed videos of the whole property to negotiations with the seller. We trusted Jamie and bought our house site unseen and it was one of the best decisions we made. Jamie becomes a friend, and mentor in the home buying process and you will feel well cared for.

Jamie is the truly the best!! My husband and I are so lucky that we got to have Jamie by our side through the process of buying our first house. There were so many things that we did not know and having such incredible help and support from Jamie really made this process easier and really fun! We had pretty specific ideas of what we wanted for our home and Jamie quickly understood what we wanted and helped us find the right house in the area we wanted! She also was amazing during the escrow process in helping negotiate for us and making things clear for us. I would not want to go through this process with anyone else and am excited to work with Jamie again in the future!
