Our experience with Casie was outstanding from beginning to end. We were first introduced to her as we were searching for a small condominium in the La Jolla area. Casie is positive, flexible and highly responsive. We were originally focusing on one property and than quickly changed our focus when we found another that was a much better fit for our needs. Casie was agile and quickly transitioned her focus to the new property. We were moving quickly to get the deal done. She reconized our needs and stayed on top of all of the important issues. In our view, she provided excellent professional advice and added substantial value to the transaction through her knowledge of the local market as well as her negotiating skills. Needless to say, we consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have met and worked with Casie. We needed someone who was knowledgeable, agile and driven - Casie was the perfect fit. To be honest, we don't believe this deal would have come to fruition without her knowledge and support.
