Extremely unprofessional. Booked viewings and he cancelled them saying I asked him to cancel. Then, later on I found out he didn’t want to do because there wasn’t enough viewings. Then, instead of apologizing he was unprofessional and rude. Stay away if your time is too priority and if you’re looking for professional person look elsewhere.

Deborah and her team were exceptional. My home sold in less than a month, and at the same time they guided me through the process of buying a new home. From start to finish, their communication was clear, proactive, and thorough. Selling and buying a home simultaneously can be extremely stressful, but Deborah made the entire experience smooth and manageable. I genuinely cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else and highly recommend her and her team.

Wally was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he was incredibly informative every step of the way—clearly explaining details, setting expectations, and walking us through the timeline so we always knew what was coming next. I first spoke with Wally earlier in 2025 around June and July when I was just starting to plan and explore the idea of buying a home. From the beginning, he was helpful and professional, providing access to his app and making it clear he was ready to assist whenever I was ready—without any pressure at all. That patience and integrity really stood out. After Christmas, once I was pre-qualified and ready to move forward, I reached back out to Wally. We met in person just a few days later, reviewed everything thoroughly, and by the very next day (12/30) we were already touring homes. By 12/31, we were ready to make an offer, which was submitted on 1/2. We came to an agreement with the seller on 1/3, opened escrow on 1/5, and are now closing and receiving our keys on 1/20. An incredibly fast and smooth turnaround! Wally is diligent, hardworking, and always available. He consistently answered our questions, found solutions quickly, or connected us with the right people when needed. His strong network within the industry worked seamlessly, ensuring everything stayed on track and was handled in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a real estate agent with strong work ethic, clear communication, and genuine morals—especially as a first-time buyer—I highly recommend Wally Dally.
