Maggie responded to my inquiry over Christmas weekend! She was one step ahead of every need. Maggie has multiple contacts within the community who respond immediately with a fair price for upgrades I wanted done, from deep cleaning, carpet cleaning to painting and tile work. Maggie had a positive attitude and I found her motto, “I’ve Got You” comforting and oh so true! Closing went off without a hitch. Maggie saved me so much money and aggravation. I can’t express enough that she is knowledgeable with the process of buying a home and stays two steps ahead.

Maggie, Kelly and the team did a fantastic job in helping us with our move from FL to SC! My wife and I always had someone to communicate with and had our questions answered with quick responses! We had a few hiccups with the seller we were working with, but the team was able to negotiate great terms that helped benefit us in the end! Would recommend them 10/10 and use again in future if I ever need to buy another home!

Our experience with Maggie, Eileen, Shania, and the rest of their team was phenomenal. They were friendly, willing to work with our weird availability, held our hand through all of the challenging parts.. They were always two steps ahead on what we needed, so the second we found a house we wanted to make an offer on, we had everything ready to go, and the team swooped in to make everything about the closing process as easy as possible, even setting up our utility accounts for us. I could message them at 8 PM and someone would do their best to get me an answer the same night. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in the area.

Unresponsive. Lacks basic real estate knowledge and negotiation skills. Unprofessional and condescending. Be prepared to spend more time and money on representation if you work with this team.
