I cannot say enough amazing things about my home buying experience with Luke Wiler. I wasn’t even sure if I was ready to buy yet, but I had a good idea on my timeframe and the type of home I was looking for. What initially started as researching a few floor plans, quickly turned into locking in a new home build that aligned with everything I needed. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the area from school districts, new home builder options, what I was looking for in a neighborhood, the comps/values, etc. We found the perfect house and the price point in needed to stay under. We got it done just in time because he was aware of price increases on the horizon in that community due to the increased demand and thinning lots. He kept me informed every step of the way between communication with the builder and lender. I even got the last floor plan of its kind! If not for Luke helping me prepare and walk me through the process early, I would not be in the home I have now. He is a true professional that care and works hard for his clients. In a competitive market, he’s the kind of representative you want that will move mountains to make things happen!

Was connect to Luke by Zillow. He was very enthusiastic, fast, and knew how to quickly judge this market. One can very easily overpay in this market. He found the house while doing research for me, and I could not be any happier. You will not be disappointed with Luke, I have been there before with real estate agents. Especially these days, you need to make sure the agent can use all the technology at their disposal, no worries with Luke, he is on top of all of it.

I met look through his wife (Nadia) who is a DFW New Homes sales consultant. Them combined together are a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate industry. I am a newly transplant to the DFW area, coming out of Chicago, I was blown away from all of the homes that are for sale within the Dallas Metroplex. Luke Wiler, was the exact realtor that I was seeking. He isn't afraid to get you the best deal possible, while also making sure things are done fixed/up to code during your option period. I am a member of the United States Air Force, and I would recommend any of my fellow brothers and sisters in arms to him. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I look to do business with him in the future as well.

Not that any home buying process is ever "easy" but my wife and I made for an especially challenging case due to our unique situation: contingency sale, multiple competitive offers, tight timeline (summer/kids), etc. Undaunted and constantly optimistic, Luke worked hard to overcome several obstacles and tirelessly served up new home suggestions as the housing market in Far North Dallas was SUPER HOT during the Summer of 2020. That said, Luke went above & beyond to keep the faith and remove all hurdles from our path... we eventually landed on the right home that is a perfect fit for us. Could not be happier!
