We had a fantastic experience working with Charity Moreno at the Sabelhaus Team. Charity was all around helpful throughout the entire process, keeping us informed, answering every question with patience, and guiding us through the sale with clarity and confidence. We also want to recognize Rebecca Butler, the Transactions Manager, who was especially helpful with transferring the solar panel lease. She stayed on top of the paperwork and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made a complicated process much smoother for us. Erin DeRose, the Listing Manager, was also great to work with, keeping everything on track and making sure the listing process went smoothly from start to finish. No review would be complete without mentioning the fantastic work Lisa Sabelhaus has done putting together this team. We felt supported by the entire Sabelhaus Team, and we truly appreciated their responsiveness, organization, and care throughout the sale of our home. Working with Indiana, Joe, and the team was a great experience from start to finish. They made the whole home-selling process smooth and easy to understand. Communication was always clear, and they stayed on top of everything the entire way. There were a few delays with the settlement, but the Sabelhaus team was on top of it and kept things moving forward. We’ve known Joe, Lisa, and the team for years and have never had any issues with the process, they’ve always been dependable and professional. I highly recommend them! We really appreciated how organized and helpful they were, and the little personal touches—like the SugarWish treat—were such a nice surprise!
