Yonis does a great job. It took us a little while to find a good investment property. Yonis is patient. He worked closely with our lender. He answered any questions we had. We have known him for a long time and would recommend him to family and friends. If we buy another property he’ll be our realtor again.

Yonis is an excellent agent. While working with him he showed several homes until I found the one I loved. He is patient, great negotiator and knows what he is doing. My family has bought 3 homes with him already. We definitely recommend him with to people we know. He is fully bilingual which is a blessing to clients like me that need help in Spanish. You are in good hands if you work with him.

Morgan was a gem! First time buyer and I was committed to a very specific area, but pretty open to what I was interested in within my area. Morgan understood and was open to looking at everything, even the ones that seemed like they might be really odd, and were in fact really odd. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time and always reminded me that seeing Nos could be an important part of the process. When we found my yes she helped negotiate around some unusual closing factors and I felt like she really went to bat for me. Excellent experience, and as a bonus, she’s funny and fun to spend time with!

Words can’t describe how thankful my partner and I are for all of Morgan’s help throughout the home buying process. Morgan was everything you could want in a realtor, knowledgeable, patient, honest, available and worked tirelessly to get us our new home. She also provided us with some great counsel and emotional support throughout the process as well (home buying can be so stressful and emotional!). 10 out of 10 would recommend Morgan to anyone I know looking to buy a home!

I can honestly say my husband and I would not have bought our perfect home without Morgan. She helped us feel comfortable making the most competitive offer we could make, and worked so well with our lender which resulted in us getting the first house we offered for. Morgan was patient, answered all of our questions, and guided us step by step through the home buying process. This was the first time I’ve bought a house (my husband’s second), but she made me feel at ease during a life changing and stressful period. THEN she sold my husband’s condo! Morgan’s advice in what we needed to do to list the condo, ultimately resulted in multiple offers over asking. She explained all of the offers with ease and helped us feel confident in our decision of which offer to take.
