We contacted Ana as part of our search for an agent to sell our home in Bethesda. After meeting with her, our choice was made. Ana’s knowledge of the local markets, pricing fluctuations, demand, historical data and pricing forecasts was impressive. Ana advised us on how to best present the house to market and once we listed with her, due to knowledge and contacts, we had an offer we accepted within 24hrs. We were so impressed we worked with Ana to find our next home and had signed a contract to purchase within two weeks. Ana arranged for both closings to happen on the same morning.
