Ana helped me and my girlfriend accomplish our dream of becoming homeowners. With such a competitive and crazy market, having Ana in our corner was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. She was readily available to talk to us whenever we had any sort of questions or concerns and was always quick to go look at properties with us. We just closed on our first home thanks to Ana fighting for us. I couldn’t recommend anyone more hardworking, knowledgeable, or qualified to help you find your dream property. She’s simply the best.

Ana Dubin is spectacular. She helped us sell our family home in Bethesda this past summer. It was a highly-charged, emotional decision to let go of the home that housed so many fine memories. But it was time to sell, and the decision was made. We were thrilled when we found Ana. She understood the complexities of our feelings; she is the perfect balance of empathy and strength. Ana went above and beyond for getting my property sold. She was excellent at keeping in touch with me throughout the process and was always available for my many questions. She never made me feel like a burden and that's because she honestly loves what she does. The settlement went off without a hitch because she was on top of it. She caught some errors made by the buyers realtor that needed to be corrected in order for such a smooth process. I will only use Ana and the Dart team from now on because they do it right the first time!

Ana is a phenomenal realtor. She did an exceptional job in selling our town house. She came to the initial appointment very well-prepared, setting herself apart from other realtors. She presented home sale comparison reports, discussed pros and cons of the property, and lay out her marketing approach, etc. Ana is super knowledgeable about the housing market, very strategic and organized in planning next steps, and very prompt to respond. She made excellent referrals to contractors for repair/remodeling and title companies that handled closing documents. From advising on wall color/light fixture to dealing with condo association, her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were evident in every interaction. Ana is always full of enthusiasm and energy. Despite busy with multiple listings, she is always very responsive and attentive to our needs. She created a thoughtful strategy, optimized the timing and pricing, and sold the house within 5 days at a record price in the neighborhood.
