I met Lavina Samtani at an open house in Germantown, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to. After that, we arranged to start looking for a house together. I had to stop my search for almost a year because of some personal stuff, but when I reached out again, she picked up right where we left off. She was just as kind and helpful as before. Even after we passed on a few houses, she never gave up on us and never pushed us to buy anything we didn’t want. She gave us honest advice based on our budget, helped us get the seller to cover some of the closing costs, and reminded us to make sure the home warranty was transferred from the previous owner.
