I met Lavina Samtani at an open house in Germantown, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to. After that, we arranged to start looking for a house together. I had to stop my search for almost a year because of some personal stuff, but when I reached out again, she picked up right where we left off. She was just as kind and helpful as before. Even after we passed on a few houses, she never gave up on us and never pushed us to buy anything we didn’t want. She gave us honest advice based on our budget, helped us get the seller to cover some of the closing costs, and reminded us to make sure the home warranty was transferred from the previous owner. She also gave us tips on how to settle into our new place, which really helped. Lavina was patient, supportive, and truly cared about finding the right home for us. I’m really glad we had her by our side, and I would definitely recommend her to any buyer looking for someone who actually cares.

Lavina is an amazing realtor and person. She very quickly got to know What I wanted in a home And what would suit us best. She was also very quickly able to evaluate whether a property had hidden issues Like water damage or uneven floors that concealed a bigger problem. She was very patient with me when I wanted to see properties that she already knew wouldn't suit us. She never let on that She knew what my response was going to be in advance. We covered a very wide geographic area At my request. She never complained and always made herself available. She was able to get us quick showings and dealt with other agents so smoothly that I didn't realize how much work she was doing behind the scenes.
