When we moved back to the states, Lisa helped us find a condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. Two years later, she encouraged us to buy a condo in the same complex. Four years after that she encouraged us to buy a home in MIssion Viejo, and went to great lengths to find a beautiful home that was within our budget and that we could afford, largely because of equity built in the purchase of the condo. Now, five years after that, she has helped us–two teachers in south county–to find a perfect home for us in San Juan Capistrano. We are over-the-moon grateful for her calm guidance and gentle prodding over this 11-year journey. She told me that she’s driven mostly by her love for homes and people and the thrill of pairing them up, and she does so with patience, care, and prudence, and an intuitive understanding of her clients’ needs. We have now worked with Lisa on 3 different transactions, (sold two homes and purchased 1) and we can't imagine ever working with anyone else and highly recommend her! She is easy to talk to and listened carefully to all of our concerns and did a great job negotiating on our behalf. She also staged our home and made the entire home selling process a breeze!
