Shawn came recommended from a co worker. She listed my parents property. A couple of days later held an open house resulting in multiple offers coming in that weekend. Monday morning began a 30 day escrow. She was there to assist with the paperwork whether by phone, text, or email. She's the absolute best. I have referred her to several people.
