Shawn came recommended from a co worker. She listed my parents property. A couple of days later held an open house resulting in multiple offers coming in that weekend. Monday morning began a 30 day escrow. She was there to assist with the paperwork whether by phone, text, or email. She's the absolute best. I have referred her to several people.

Shawn Fararzi went above and beyond to sell our house!! She was a great asset to market trends, and getting the house ready to go on the market. She was very professional and organized. The marketing materials and video that she assisted in putting together was first rate. Communication was great as well. As we had already moved out of state, she was a HUGE asset to assist us in getting the house ready and sold with multiple offers, within 72 hours. Would highly recommend Shawn. She is the Best of the Best!
