We were very grateful to have Shawn as our buying agent for our new home! She is knowledgeable about real estate in south Orange County and we relied on her expertise throughout the buying process. As a couple that had never purchased property together, we had many questions and wonderings along the way, and she was quick to help answer them for us. Additionally, when our inspector made an error in scheduling our walk-through, which could have put us behind/off track with escrow deadlines, Shawn remained calm and professional and spoke to the inspector so that he understood the position we were in with deadlines to meet. She is flexible in her availability and really tries to work with her clients around their work schedules when possible. These are just a few small examples of the many ways in which Shawn is friendly and personable, and we absolutely recommend her as a buying agent!
