Leo did an outstanding job selling our home. He came highly recommended, had a great knowledge of the area, knew the value of our home which resulted in a favorable sales price. Leo was amazing. He went over and beyond to make the process of selling our family home as stress free as possible. He was always quick to respond/reply/help with any questions or issues I had. Leo is very knowledgeable of the homes, neighborhoods in this area, policies, procedures, laws and negotiating. He’s very professional when dealing with others on our behalf. He went above and beyond preparing our home for sale, showing it in the best light possible. He was very patient walking us through the details of what contingencies are and how they effected the selling process. All questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. His made us feel comfortable and confident, while selling our home.

This is an easy one. As a veteran loan officer, I knew all the top Realtors in my area. I had the occasion to meet Leo several times over the years. When my wife and I decided to sell our home, Leo was our #1 pick. Old school ethics, knowledge and service. Him being the top Realtor in our area from 2011 to 2022 was just icing on the cake. Be smart and use him or take your chances with someone else.
