Team Vitacco was great to work with throughout the process of selling my childhood home that my parents had lived in for over 50 years. Stephanie, Will and the rest of the team really helped guide us through the entire process. They even were able to recommend someone to help clean out all the entire house after it sold. You won't go wrong with them.

Stephanie and her team were amazing! This was a unique situation with a lot of turns but Stephanie and Chung hung in there with us. They made it possible and were diligent in getting things done. They treated us as if it was the only house they were selling. We highly recommend the Vitacco team! Very professional yet very caring of their clients.

Stephanie and her team did an excellent job selling our home! We received multiple offers within 2 weeks and Stephanie advised us well on the offers and potential buyers. So we were able to secure an offer higher than we asked for and to choose the potential buyer who was able to close the escrow within 2 weeks. Thus, we were successfully selling our home a little over a month with tremendous help and support from Stephanie and her team. I couldn’t be happier with Stephanie Vitacco and the team at Equity Union. They came highly recommended to me, and I can see why. They helped me through the very emotional time of selling my mom’s house. It was in a trust and Stephanie is very knowledgeable about this type of sale. She advised me on what was needed to spruce the house up and stage it. Her team made sure to verify that the buyer actually had the funds and loan qualification before accepting an offer. They also did their own inspections before selling, to make sure there were no surprises. They kept me informed of every step of the process. They professionally photographed the house, made beautiful brochures, listed the house on multiple internet sites and did broadcast emails to other agents. An open house was held within a few days of listing. I had multiple offers in less than a week. Listed and through escrow in less than a month. Highly recommended!
