Stephanie and her entire team including Chung and Sue are incredible! Their attention to detail, professionalism, pace, and thoughtfulness is top-notch. We worked with them selling our home and purchasing a new one. At first, I was convinced that I wanted to sell my home on my own in this very competitive market, however taking a meeting with Stephanie I felt that she would be a great asset in this process. Stephanie, a letter of gratitude. When the dearest person in my life passed, the only, and I mean ONLY positive aspect was meeting Stephanie. Exceptional is an extreme understatement. To define Stephanie and her team is difficult for me, but here is a shot at the best: Highest competency, professionalism, communication, flawless. Not to mention multiple offers, short escrow and ROI. Yeah, that too. She REALLY knows what she is talking about. When she makes a suggestion, take it. I had interviewed other agents and all had severely underestimated the property. Thank the Lord that she took care of me. Team Vitacco was great to work with throughout the process of selling my childhood home that my parents had lived in for over 50 years. Stephanie, Will and the rest of the team really helped guide us through the entire process. They even were able to recommend someone to help clean out all the entire house after it sold. You won't go wrong with them.
