When we went to sell our former family home, we interviewed a number of agents. Stephanie stood out with her preparedness, professionalism, and impressive sales record. Once we hired her, she and her team were so incredibly helpful every step of the way. She and her contractor carefully went with us through the old house, discussing where the best places were to invest money to improve the value of the house. The work was done quickly and well, and seriously improved the look and functionality of the house. She set up the pictures of the house and the listing so well that we received an offer right after the first open house. From there, she and her team worked with us every step of the way. From offers to counter-offers, inspections, and escrow her team including Chung Mi, Susan, Jelly, and Joey were incredibly helpful.
