This year we decided to sell our house to prepare for a near retirement and moving. We were very lucky to find some information on Stephanie as she sold our neighbor's house. We met with her and immediately decided to work with her on selling our house. The whole process was very smooth. Stephanie was there to help at every step. She and Joey helped transformed the look of our house with some necessary repair and painting. Her team Chung Mi and Sue are also very helpful and they were helping with widely advertising our listing, following up with other agents, and offers.
