We began a quiet search for a larger home nearly 2 years ago. Contacted Kyle Williams and explained we were not in a hurry, but wanted to explore and get ideas about what we wanted in a home. Kyle understood our plan completely. No pressure to close quickly. He worked with us for nearly 2 years, dropping everything to set up showings of homes we found, as well as his own possibilities. During that time, he compiled a list of our likes and dislikes, and began drilling down into those houses that met our list. Thanks to Kyle, today we find ourselves in a house we love, with room to entertain the grandkids and more. Would highly recommend Kyle Williams.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I felt overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Kyle really took the time to listen to us carefully and understand what we were looking for in home. After seeing a few homes that we picked out, Kyle said that he had another place he wanted to take us, this home was perfect for us- we were able to put in an offer and are now able to call that place home! We could not be more grateful for all of the hard work Kyle put in to help us get into the home of our dreams! I recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if it is your first time- Kyle is an outstanding resource and will make navigating the home buying process stress free!

Kyle did an amazing job helping me sell my home. Always will to chat over the phone when needed and reachable via text message. Kyle is very responsive and always had an answer. When selling or buying a house being responsive helps reduce the anxiety of the clients and I certainly felt this! Even the buy of my house commented to me on more than one occasion that they liked how responsive Kyle was!

Kyle is a seasoned professional who understands the Hamilton County residential real estate market very well. Kyle’s assistance with sale of our Westfield home enabled timely contract (yes, we were under contract the same day our home was available for viewing!) and settlement without a snag. I would recommend Kyle as an agent to buy or sell a home.

Kyle was fantastic as he prepared us for the selling of our home! He has a calm, confident demeanor that kept us relaxed and focused throughout the weeks prior and after the sale of our home. The entire experience could not have gone smoother!! We've sold 4 homes and he's by far the BEST realtor!!
