If your looking for an investment property in Scottsdale Kyle Hermann is without a doubt the best. He helped me purchase an investment property, turn it around and had solid tenants in it within 10 days of listing. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Since working with Kyle he has been nothing but the utmost professional agent I have ever come across. His knowledge and understanding of the business is more than I could’ve ever asked for. When he helped my wife and I get our first home, he negotiated a price for us that was below what we wanted to spend an absolute steal for the type of house that we got. I was super stressed out with the thought of buying a house, but as the process unfolded with Kyle, I was soon put at ease. He was very patient with all of my first time home buying questions and never came off as annoyed or frustrated with me. He was very responsive via all communications - phone, text, and email, there was never a moment when I was thinking, "When the heck am I going to hear back from him?" In terms of the negotiation with the seller, we got a smoking deal thanks to him. The end was a little stressful with the lender, but everything worked out well. I highly recommend working with Kyle Hermann and I will definitely call him in the future should we buy another property!
