Ever since my wife and I met up with Ben for our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. His expertise and various list of contacts made my first ever home purchase a blast. He was very extensive and always was willing to spend a few more minutes to really answer any concern or question that I had. In the case that even when something was out of his realm if possibility, he’d try his best to see it through. Pilar and her entire team were absolutely invaluable to the entire process. We are first time buyers, and knew almost nothing going into it, but Pilar held our hands, answered all our questions in exactly the ways that we needed. She worked patiently and tirelessly with us for months with absolutely nothing in return until we actually bought our house.
