Sam was undeniably instrumental in helping my partner and I navigate a challenging 4-month process of selling our previous home and buying a new one. Xandrea, WOW!!! I can write a book on her professionalism. This was a very difficult divorce situation, and she dealt with a lot of obstacles. I was stressed with plenty of anxiety, with her in the driver seat our destination was reached. She advised me on what to sign and what not to sign as the buyer's agent tried to take advantage of the situation. Xandrea protected my interest and is very knowledgeable of the tricks that other agents will attempt. She reads and examines every document thoroughly. Mike helped us purchase our first home. We initially had a different home and Mike went through the process with us until we felt it wasn’t the right place. Mike was understanding and closed the negotiation for us. When we finally found our place, Mike had the same energy from beginning to end and helped go through the whole process.
