Sam is truly a master of her craft. In a world where realtors are popping up left and right, Sam made an impression from the very start. A little over a year ago, we were looking to rent in the Silverlake area and Sam shows us a house (I believe she was doing a favor for a family friend). Although we ended up renting a different property in Silverlake, I noted her bright personality and extensive knowledge of the area ( and all of her restaurant and bar recs came in handy)! Fast forward a year and we were on the market to buy but in no rush and I reached out directly to Sam to help. I remembered she lived in Eagle Rock and knew Northeast LA like the back of her hand, which is where we were looking, so it seemed like the perfect fit. So glad my gut instinct paid off because we couldn’t have found a better realtor to work with. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, walked us through the process step by step, provided honest opinions on the properties we toured, and was consistent in her follow up but never pushy. Through the offer stage and escrow, she was the ultimate resource and support for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. We’ll truly miss working with her! Emilio was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, was available whenever we needed him, and his team facilitated the needed documentation quickly and on time. We chose him to sell our house because of the presentation of what he could provide and the enthusiasm he displayed. We knew he would do a great job and he did. Every step of the way, he would keep us informed as to what was going to happen and he was always right. We will definitely refer him to anyone we come in contact with who is looking for the right person to sell his/her home.

Howard is THEE best agent in all of Los Angeles county! He knows how to negotiate, is very patient and helps you throw out the process! As a first time buyer he always made sure I understood every step of the way as well as explained all the paperwork that I had to sign!
