I met Ben through Zillow as a first time home buyer with a young family, exploring options in no rush circa March 2025. Ben was a motivated, experienced realtor that brought his A-game. He was persistent and communicative. He is very dedicated. He shared heart-to-heart and seemed to have our best interests. We closed on a home after numerous open houses and home showings. In the end we closed on a home in 2 months within our price range and expectations on cost. He continued to go out of his way to follow-up on how we were doing after we finished the sale. He seems genuinely happy to share in our family's success. As a first time buyer he was the right agent in addressing my own anxiety with the buying process and setting expectations for this process. This was particularly important given the fluctuation in inventory and mortgage rates at the time of purchase in SoCal. If my own experience sounds like something you would like to undergo then I highly recommend Ben.

Sam helped me buy my first home and was a wonderful realtor! She is extremely professional and attentive. As a first-time home buyer, the process of looking for a home can be lengthy and tiring, but Sam was always ready to help. I relocated from NYC to LA and we toured many properties, even sometimes over a video call. She never made me feel like she was too busy to answer any question no matter how small and no matter the time. Definitely got a realtor for life in LA!

Howard's advice and assistance were exceptional. Howard and his team were patient as we searched for house after house, without any undue pressure. Howard and his team were always communicative and supportive. Howard's knowledge of the contractual process and ability to strategize saved us thousands of dollars. Even after we closed, Howard remained available with just a quick phone call away to answer any questions. I highly recommend Howard! He has been the best real estate agent I have worked with so far - and from no on, no need to look anywhere else. Howard will be my next call!
