Kristy and Austin were great to work with in purchasing our new home on Oahu. They were especially helpful when it came to finding a balance between what we were looking for and what was currently available, and they were especially patient and responsive throughout the whole process. They are very knowledgeable about the local market, as well as each step in the purchase process; their advice and expertise made the experience a lot more pleasant than we expected!

Kristy and Austin recently helped us purchase a home on Oahu sight-unseen, and they found us the perfect place to suit our little military family! They were incredibly organized throughout the process, and communicated with us extremely well (across several time zones!) in order to virtually show us several different properties. Kristy and Austin also took plenty of time to walk us through the process of buying a home in Hawaii, and their knowledge of the local area was invaluable throughout the search. We relied heavily on Kristy’s experience with the VA loan approval process and the team’s excellent negotiating skills when it came time to make and finalize offers - and we ended up as very happy homeowners! My husband and I would recommend them to anyone - they truly have their clients’ best interests at heart! We will go to them first thing if we are ever going to buy or sell in the area again.

Kristy and Austin were beyond great! They held my hand through the entire process of selling and also purchasing a new home and I couldn’t be happier! They’re deep knowledge of not only real estate, but also market trends, social media and strategic thinking were invaluable. Their team of movers, stagers, cleaners and handymen were all top notch and reasonably priced. Finally this… we listed my townhome on a Wednesday, had our first showing on Sunday and we sold it on Monday at FULL PRICE! At the end of the day that said it all for me. If you’re thinking about selling you will not go wrong with Kristy and her team.
