Bill did an excellent job helping us sell our house in Lakeland. He was forthright, honest, and very helpful. He is very professional and guided us through the entire process easily. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bill Glassner and we can't recommend him enough!! From start to finish, Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. Bill truly listened to our needs and wants for a home and went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. As soon as we found a home we loved, our offer was submitted immediately by Bill. He did not waste a single second during this entire process and anything that needed to be done on his end was completed promptly. His expertise in the market was evident as there were multiple offers already submitted, and Bill helped us decide on the best offer and ours was chosen out of all the other offers on the table. Without Bill’s extended knowledge we likely would have put in an offer that was not chosen. We were so thankful for Bill’s advice and knowledge. We were first time home buyers and had little to no knowledge on the home buying process. Bill guided us through every step of the process, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. Bill was always available and extremely quick to respond. He would not only answer every call but was available at all times by text as well. We were always able to get a hold of him and he was there to answer every single question we had. Bill has an excellent reputation as a realtor in the area and had so many connections. Bill connected us to a home insurance company, title company, mortgage lender, etc. It made this entire process so smooth. We happened to do a bank short sale and it took a while for the final approval of our offer. During this time, Bill ensured that we were not forgotten about and did weekly check-ins with us, the bank, and all other parties for updates and he filled us in weekly (sometimes even multiple times per week)! Bill made a very stressful short sale experience feel seamless and he was there every step of the way. Even after we closed and the home buying process was complete, we are still reaching out to Bill with questions/concerns. He continues to be supportive, quick to respond, and extending his knowledge to us. Thanks to Bill Glassner at Agile Group Realty, we are SO happy with our new home.
