Kelly resets the bar for excellence in real estate services and she was the best we have worked with. She is an available communicator, has ideas, and made sure to do some preparation work before our home went live on the market. Thanks to that work, we were under agreement in the first week even during this difficult market. She negotiated well on our behalf. Choosing Kelly Fischer was the best decision! Selling my parents’ home was not something I looked forward to, but bringing Kelly on board made the process so easy. Her expert market knowledge and extensive experience paid off in a quick sale! I really appreciate her can-do attitude and honest approach as well. She is extremely responsive, quickly answering every question and concern. Kelly Fischer was highly recommended to me, since she was the #1 realtor in Vero Beach. She understood my needs and guided me through the entire listing process. Kelly was only a call or text away if I had any questions or issues. When my house was originally listed, I had no interest or showings. That's when Kelly called and said that we need to lower the price to generate interest. Well, as soon as the price was reduced, we had lots of interest.; especially since there were numerous properties in my community on the market. I was concerned that my home would not sell. Shortly after lowering the price, I had multiple showings between April and May. On a weekend in May, Kelly phoned and said that I had an offer, which was my asking price. She called me at home while she and her husband were celebrating their anniversary in Aruba. That didn't stop her from getting the contract sent to me. When I signed the original contract in March, I thought that I would never sell, but Kelly made it happen.
