Priscila is everything you could ask of a real estate professional. An active listener, responsive, familiar with the area, never curt or not available (with notice, of course) and someone my wife and I came to trust. Being a first time home we buyer lacked knowledge in this area. I was lucky enough to come in contact with Priscilla and I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for that. Jon was the first one to call me about selling my sister's house. I appreciated that initiative. I liked him immediately just from our phone conversation. I decided to with him even though I was far away in Montana. He and his team did a great job taking care of all the details. It was the first time I sold a house. It was such a pleasure working with Jon & Rachael. At our first meeting, Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to get along and work with. After deciding on a sales price, Jon performed his magic, and our house sold the very NEXT DAY!!!! We received the offer for exactly the amount we wanted. The whole (brief) experience was flawless. I hardly had to lift a finger, everything was taken care of by Jon, and his wife, Rachael. I was constantly kept informed during the whole process, and they were always available to me at any time during the week, including weekends, for any questions I had.
