Robin was exactly who we needed to help us navigate the sale of my parent’s home. She was organized and professional throughout the entire process. Upon first meeting, she demonstrated knowledge of comps in the area, had done research on my parent’s home, and provided insight into getting the home on the market as quickly as possible. She was on point with all the details and staged the home to sell. We had a contract within 24 hours of the first open house and closed on time in 45 days. Robin and her team handled all the details and communicated throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful for their professionalism, expertise, hard work.

Robin did a great job with the sale of my parents estate, kept me informed on showings, gave great advise with competitive pricing and communicated with the legal team when needed. I also hired her to handle the estate sale, I would totally recommend her services, no job is too big for her team!

Robin is awesome!! We had an offer the first day the home was listed. She is extremely knowledgeable, will answer all of your questions. She will simplify the whole process for you and is truly an amazing person!

Robin was wonderful to work with. She did everything from start to finish in selling my dad’s home. She staged and decorated the home so it looked beautiful to show, and worked very hard getting it ready. She helped me through a very hard time, after losing my dad. With her great knowledge of home pricing for our area, she knew what the asking price should be, and whether to accept the offer. I highly recommend her.

We were so lucky to find Robin! Robin both sold our house and conducted an estate sale prior to closing. Her combined services in both of these areas were well beyond our expectations. Robin's process took all of the work out of our hands at a difficult time. The house was sold at asking, we collected a considerable amount for the estate sale, and the house was completely clean and ready for closing by the time Robin and her staff were done. When I read some of the other reviews, I was wondering if the process would live up to our expectations, and it shattered them! I can't say enough about how easy Robin is to work with, and how much we valued having found her. Can't give enough stars!
