We listed our home with an MLS site and planned to sell our home independently. For a flat fee we hired an affiliated agent to help us with negotiations and closing paperwork. Big mistake! While we received almost no help from our agent, the seller's agent Kelley Budinoff (The Minter Team) was exceptional! Kelley was approachable and patient. She was easy to reach at any time via email, phone call, or by text. Kelley was extremely helpful and made the process run smoothly, even with our agent MIA for most of the process. She was responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Kelley was an absolute joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially in this crazy market.

Kelley was absolutely amazing in helping us get our home! In a tough market, she was aggressive, and we got the 1st house that we put an offer in on. She kept us up to date on everything that was going on! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
