Jake made the entire home buying process so much less intimidating. He was very patient with us and made sure we were well-informed about what to expect at every stage. He was responsive and provided lots of advice and recommendations, and pointed out details about properties that we'd never have noticed ourselves. We ended up with a 3-week closing timeline around the holidays, and Jake helped us get everything done on time and made sure we could meet our closing date without feeling like we had to cut corners or rush.

CC helped me transition from California to Wisconsin. When I arrived in Wisconsin I was very ill and vulnerable. She never once made me feel alone in the home buying process. Catherine recently assisted me in purchasing a house in Wisconsin. It took three trips from New York to Wisconsin to finally complete the process which was done smoothly with Catherine’s help. To go beyond the “check box” review system, Catherine was more than a real estate agent, but rather, she assisted in the process of finding a home. I have gone through this process of home purchase four times and so for me it seemed rather routine, however, for first time buyers and for a family entering their first home, I felt that Caterine added this personal touch in what can otherwise be an arduous process.
