Once I zero in the condos I want to check them out, Bill has been very accommodative to my schedule, very knowledgeable about the locale, an expert in house buying process including great recommendation for home inspectors and home price negotiation. Of course, he's very responsive in communication. Highly recommended.

I'm a bit late in writing this review (sorry Andrew!) but it's because Andrew helped me get a house and I've been busy with all the related stuff so I can't complain too much about it. I'm a first time home buyer so there was a lot of stuff I didn't know about, but luckily for me Andrew was willing to answer any questions I had - and over text as well, which is super convenient for me. More than once, I saw a place that looked like it could be great - except they were actually disasters, and he had the knowledge to point them out and prevent me from wasting time and money on something I really wouldn't want for my first home. When we walked through homes he'd always point out things he caught that looked off, and then follow up with how big a deal it really was - that was probably one of my favorite things, because it helped me to figure out how much attention I would need to give it right off the bat and what things I could budget for later down the road. Added bonus, we seem to have at least a bit of shared sense of humor, so that always makes things better. Thanks again Andrew and hope everything is well with you! :)

Carissa was so helpful. She was quick to respond to me and answered all of my questions. She got to know what I was looking for throughout the process. I did not feel hurried. Carissa was great to work with.

Where to begin? It was a whirlwind month! There were some hitches along the way, but Carissa was there to see us smoothly through each of them. She was always quick to reply and make a plan. Her networking skills were vital to getting us in touch with the people we needed to be able to close on time. She also has a great sense of humor and was able to keep things positive even when they weren't going exactly as we wanted. I will definitely recommend her to friends.

John is the best! He listens and cares. He goes above and beyond for his clients. By having a professional stager offer advise, having a cleaning company come in and clean before open houses, and having a professional photographer take photos of our home. He also can and helped us weed and wow our yard! If you're looking to buy, sell, or do both, John is the guy you want on your side. You will not be disappointed working with John!
