Ryan did an amazing job throughout the entire process. He was on top of houses that hit the market so we could see the house as soon as possible. He took our feedback and continued to search for a house we would love! Once we settled on a house, Ryan made every step of the process smooth by explaining options we had, referring us to a lender, and being on top of any changes or additions that happened. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a house!

I strongly recommend Aaron. A great combo of excellent customer service and effective real estate prowess. Over the last 4 years, he helped me both buy and sell a condo. Each time the transaction went smoothly, with quick closings both times and no challenges. Aaron demonstrated excellent customer service from the start. When I first moved to Madison, I contacted many realtors, knowing that I'd eventually be looking to buy. Other realtors said "call me when you're ready," but Aaron took a different approach...he said "Let me drive you around town and get you acquainted with Madison." He then proceeded to drive me all around town, showing me a ton about Madison that I would not have known about. It was SO helpful to me, and he did this with zero guarantee that I was actually going to buy anything. That "customer first" attitude sold me on Aaron, so when I was ready to buy, and then again to sell, there was only one person I was going to call!

John is the absolute best. Very kind, pays attention to detail, and he genuinely has your best intentions in mind. As a new home buyer he was patient, answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone.
