Becky was invaluable and quick in acquiring information regarding all property contacts and conditions. She's also quite knowledgeable when it comes to the general knowledge surrounding property purchases. That said, Becky does have a preference to give negotiation tips on the safer end—she will also emphasize that the buyer should make their own decisions regarding the agreed amount. If you're someone who has quite a bit of agency/willingness to do due diligence, then Becky would have most of the answers to your questions.

Working with John is the optimal experience when it comes to buying a home. Very patient, very knowledgeable, and intuitive to his client's needs. His expertise and attentiveness never wavered at any point in the process for my wife and me. I will highly recommend John to anyone who plans on buying or selling. Working with Michael was a dream. Not only did he find us out perfect dream home but he went above and beyond all expectations. While we were living in Mississippi, Michael did videos of homes he found for us even before we moved back home. He answered his phone anytime we had questions and when we moved to Wisconsin he made it a priority to meet with us so we can have a face to face for the first time.
