We recently went through the process of both buying a new home and selling our old one, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Taylor! Michael was phenomenal, we were first time homebuyers who started our homebuying journey very unsure of the process. We went to tour a house on a whim and Zillow sent us Michael - that first house we toured ended up being a bust and we let Michael know we didn't want to waste his time or pursue house hunting further since we were so unsure of the process. He was funny, reassuring, and not at all pushy after that first tour. Less than a week later the perfect home for us popped up and we didn't hesitate to reach out. Michael assured us through the whole process and made sure we felt confident in our decision. He handled the negotiation process eloquently and stood up for us when necessary. We got an accepted offer and had a quick close, Michael was quick to guide us and help schedule all necessary inspections and walkthroughs. After closing he has stayed in touch with us, offering us homeownership advice, contacts for contractors / local experts to help get our new home in tip-top shape. We would recommend Michael to any of our friends and local first-time home buyers; he really went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Michael was outstanding to work with. Previous realtors brushed off issues and forced us to deal with every minor thing. Michael showed us our dream property, and then went to bat for us on every single issue with our lender without skipping a beat. Zero headache, zero issues, zero chance I’d let friends or family use any other realtor. Michael is hands down the best.
