Dana has been most helpful, and patience should be her middle name. She's very kind and listened to what I wanted. She showed me and my daughter many places until I found a place that felt like home. Dana went through the best ways to write an offer and what was in my best interest. She got back to me the same day and let me know the counter offer. She explained why it was still a good deal. She explained the home warranty and what each price offered, which was very helpful. She went over the contract explaind things I didnt understand. She went through what to expect next. She has made a very stressful event in my life much easier. I am moving from Florida and have never been to wisconsin. Dana explained the areas and how close they were to my daughter, and all the stores that were near by. She was very kind with me knowing my husband had recently died. Paient when I cried knowing I was grieving a huge loss. She has checked on me just to see how I'm doing. I appreciated her working with my daughter while I'm still here in Florida.

Stephen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Although we didn’t end up offering on the house (timing and job changes), Stephen was excellent in the process up until the offer point and understanding when we had to exit the process. If we decide to look to purchase again he will be our first call.

Mr. Henry failed to show and no courtesy call to inform of such. I’m extremely disappointed by his lack of professionalism and integrity. This showing has been scheduled for 4-5 days and was also listed with the appointment app “ShowingTime”. I waited for buyer and Mr. Henry to show and neither did. This discourteous and unprofessional behavior will now not allow him or his group to show this desirable property. Please inform Mr. Henry Michael Bennett N4353 Poplar Ave. Cambridge, Wi.

Dana was a joy to work with! She helped us understand so much information and was very prompt to respond to anything we needed. She listened to our needed and was willing to work with our very crunched time table. I would recommend Dana to any first time home buyer!

Tyree Portis has been amazing to work with. He helped me buy my home in Baraboo, WI. and he had helped us find our home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that we are closing on soon. I love that they work throughout Southern, WISCONSIN and that they are willing to work throughout the state. Tyree was available 24/7. It was stressful for myself, and he answered all my questions and understood all my concerns. Also, during the process of looking at the homes, our schedules did not align, and his team stepped up and there was always someone else who could meet us during our schedule.
