Tracey helped me with three critical things: 1) Get a sense of the market (quality of offering and pricing) all around the vicinity of Madison including some of the surrounding cities. Being new to the area I really appreciated her patience in getting me to a position that I would be confident in making a fair offer if I found the right property. 2) Working with the various entities that are involved in closing the deal. She introduced me to a mortgage broker who got me a great rate that was so good that my own bank told me would be impossible for it to be real. 3) Advise on crafting a good offer and prepare in advance for potential negotiation points should the need arise to go back and forth or compete with other bidders.

Tracey made everything really easy. She responded to all communication immediately, even messages that I sent at off hours, and drove all over the place showing us properties of all kinds. I didn't know anything about the home buying process but she explained everything simply. She knew great people for all related services (inspection, financing etc.). Now I am in a beautiful home thanks to her help.

Chad was great to work with, quick to respond and communicative. We arranged numerous showings before making a final decision. Chad went above and beyond to meet the tight closing timeline. It was overall a smooth process.
