Kat is a really hard worker. She was always willing to do whatever was needed to sell our house, whether it was changing a burned out lightbulb or vacuuming after a contractor. She has a great deal of experience and an extensive list of contacts. A leak was discovered during the walk-through, and Kat had a contractor go up on the roof that evening and repairs were made before settlement. I can't imagine anyone would work harder for you than she will.

Kathy did an excellent job not only helping me find a home, but getting me through the process of purchasing the home. She made herself available always at my convenience. Her knowledge of the area in which I was searching was great and she had many suggestions/listings available for me to look at once my parameters were set. I would definitely recommend Kathy to my friends if they were either buying or selling a house.

Kathy truly cares about her clients. She wants to ensure they find the right home for them and take time to look at the options. She made sure I understood the process and all the paperwork. Kathy also was great about pointing out both the good and bad about all the houses we looked at.

We can't say enough good things about Kathy. Kathy helped us purchase this home 9 years ago and was there again to guide us through the recent sale of our home. Kathy was there to guide us in preparing our home for sale, arranging for photos and video, which all accelerated the sale of our home. Kathy is an excellent realtor; very open, honest, professional and an overall great person!
