We worked with Kathleen Goneau for the sale of our family's property in Sterling MA in 2018, and Kathleen and her team were outstanding. She helped guide us through the whole process and gave great insight and feedback. As it was an older home, it had several challenges and Kathleen not only provided us feedback but also helped coordinate the updates needed to get the property ready for sale. All the time Kathleen kept us updated and current with any activity and issues as we encountered them. Selling a home is a very emotional transaction, but Kathleen and her team helped us get through this with excellent results.

I would highly recommend Cyndy to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! Cyndy helped us buy our first home way back when we didn't have a clue where to begin, and again a few years later when we wanted to sell that house and buy another. The whole process can be very intimidating and overwhelming, but Cyndy had everything under control every step of the way and we've always felt we were in the best of hands. She loves what she does and it shows; her knowledge and professionalism and most importantly, her sincerity and awesome personality is second to none. There's always complications when buying or selling a home and I've heard some real horror stories, but with Cyndy not only did both of our transactions go very smoothly, we had a lot of fun! If and when we ever decide to move again, the first thing we'll do is call Cyndy!
