Kat Gandolfo

I’m Kat Gandolfo, a REALTOR® with Rooted Real Estate of Greater Lansing at RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals. With a background in marketing and a passion for education, I help buyers and sellers understand their options, make informed decisions, and navigate each step with confidence. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, preparing a home for the market, or guiding a client through a complicated transaction, my approach is built on honesty, communication, and doing what’s right for my clients. I’m proud to serve Greater Lansing and the surrounding communities and hold the CLHMS, ABR®, AHWD®, and CTA designations. I’m also an active Lansing Regional Chamber Ambassador and was honored to be named Ambassador of the Year. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover, longtime rescue advocate, proud mom, and someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people.
