I had the pleasure of working with Brian on the lease for my most recent apartment. From start to finish, he was responsive, thorough, and consistently on top of every detail. What should have been a straightforward lease became unexpectedly complicated due to an unresponsive owner. Throughout the process, Brian remained proactive and resourceful, ensuring all of my questions were answered. He even took the painstaking time to review old listings for the apartment to track down HOA contact information when the owner wasn’t providing it. His creativity and persistence truly set him apart. I was especially impressed by his clear communication and attentive approach, which made an otherwise frustrating situation feel manageable and supported. If the day ever comes that I make the commitment to purchase a home, Brian will be my first call.

Jason was outstanding to work with during our home search in South Pasadena. Even though we ultimately had to pause our plans due to changing life circumstances, he never made us feel rushed or pressured at any point. He spent an incredible amount of time educating us on the South Pasadena market, walking us through neighborhoods, pricing trends, and overall strategy. Every question we had was answered clearly and patiently, and it was obvious he truly knows the area and the local real estate landscape. What stood out most was Jason’s integrity. He genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for our family, even when that meant not buying a home right away. When we are ready to purchase in South Pasadena, Jason will be the agent we call without hesitation. The stars aligned! We are so blessed to have met Jason and to have worked with him! He negotiated top dollar for our home, and without a doubt we highly recommend him! My husband and I purchased a townhome meant for our family. However, due to various circumstances our plans changed and so we decided to sell after all. Since we purchased the unit previously via a realtor within our family we were going to work with this same family member for the sale as well. Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately), our plans fell through the night before our family member was to launch our listing. By the grace of God, I was on the phone with my dear BFF venting about what just happened, and she highly recommended Jason to us. Jason and I connected over the phone the next day, and he made arrangements to view our unit. We already had a lock box for him to access our home - and the rest is history! Within 2 days of connecting with him, our home was listed! And then, we developed a schedule for a broker tour and open house showings. Within less than two weeks we were under contract! Jason is such a great communicator and negotiator. He was able to work out an awesome offer for us, and we are super certain we would not have gotten anywhere close to the final sales price had we went through our family member. We closed a month later, and Jason was there to hold our hand through every step of the process – contracts, inspections, repairs request, everything! We are so grateful for Jason’s expertise, knowledge, responsiveness, negotiation skills, and pleasant disposition. So, don’t hesitate to give him a call if you are in the market to buy or sell. He is truly an expert and we are happy to work with him again in the future.

We are a foreign family with two children, and we were first connected with “Jane Kim” through Compass. To be exact, she initially met with my husband, as I wasn’t able to join the house-hunting process due to personal circumstances. Not being able to see homes in person made me feel very anxious and worried, but Jane truly stepped in as if she were a member of our family. She carefully and thoughtfully evaluated each home with a sharp eye, always considering whether it would genuinely work for our family and our children. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to purchase a home that met all of our needs. Beyond that, whenever we ran into challenges during the process, Jane was incredibly supportive and helped us navigate them through her strong network and connections. One moment I will never forget is the bouquet of flowers she gave us after we purchased our first home—it meant more to us than she probably realized. Buying a home as a foreigner can be intimidating and overwhelming, but because we had Jane by our side, I am now writing this review while holding my child in our own home. :) If you are considering buying a home, trust Jane and move forward with confidence.
