Justin sets a standard that all other realtors should strive to reach. In our home sale he was always patient and considerate, but he never failed to make sure that our own best interests were front and center. He calmly steered us through sometimes tense negotiations and helped us get the price we felt our home deserved. We will always be grateful for his valuable assistance.

Lisa is a superhero! Due to the pandemic, we bought our house virtually while out-of-state. Lisa videotaped every square inch of the house, so we knew what we were getting in to. After we closed, she managed our renovation, shopped locally for us, sent us progress videos, helped us find other local services, and stayed with us until the very last walk through with the contractor. When an out-of-state friend decided to purchase a condo here, we did not hesitate to recommend Lisa to him, and she is giving him the same red carpet treatment we received. We have moved frequently, and have never had a real estate agent that came close to Lisa's personal attention and professionalism!

My husband and I are from out of state and Lisa Cereck helped us find a beautiful home that had all our requirements in an amazingly brief amount of time. She helped us become familiar with the different areas that would have what we wanted in our price range and negotiated with the seller and helped guide us through the process. Without her understanding, caring professionalism we would still be looking for a house. I highly recommend using her.
