Bayron just helped us purchase our first home. He exceeded all of our expectations. We knew after our first meeting with him that he was the person we wanted to work with. He’s so genuine, and caring. He was always there to answer any questions we had day or night. He was very professional, and always made us feel comfortable. If anyone needs a realtor BAYRON is the MAN!!! Bayron went above and beyond with my experience purchasing my first home. He is very knowledgeable at what he does, Every home we went to he informed us on what to look for when viewing home and inspecting things to the small details to insure that your not walking into a headache down the line. With that being said, he is patient and quick to respond, he really catered to what I wanted in a home and I did not feel rushed or pressured on purchasing. Once we found the home that we loved he got to work and negotiated the best offer that the seller would choose out of the other offered they were given. He also got the seller to cover the closing cost as well which saved me a lot. He tackled every check list that needed to done to make my forever home a reality. There was things that needed to be repaired in the house and he got right to it. Even when he was out of town, he was still in contact with me through the whole processes and kept me updated with everything that was going on. He definitely made the process of buying a house smooth and stress free. I’ll say it again, anyone looking for a solid realtor with a strong team, who treat you like family, BAYRON IS THE MAN!!!
