Juan was very helpful and showed plenty knowledge of the area. Punctual for meetings and communication was excellent. He focused on the details on the properties we reviewed before making our decision. Great communications in timely manner thru brokers and sellers real estate agents.

I worked with Juan as my agent to rent out an apartment in my 2 family home. It was my first time working with a realtor for a rental, and Juan made it a very easy, fast and stress-free experience. Juan was great and very service oriented! We bought a house in an area that he wasn't normally working as a realtor, but he made all the trips and chatted up realtors and was excellent at getting information and advocating for us in the home buying process! We'd definitely work with Juan again!
