    Today is moving day! Thanks to our awesome agent, Nikki, we will be spending our first night in our new home. In fact, it’s the home of our dreams! To say that Nikki is phenomenal is an understatement. She put her entire heart and soul into finding us a home that checked all of the boxes on our wish list.     I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Lyv Realty. After losing out on a home on Harmony Dr, I was contacted when the first buyer’s deal fell through. I agreed to raise my offer and we had a verbal acceptance! I signed the P&S, even negotiated some details like appliances, and set an inspection date and time that worked for both parties! I was told to get the deposit ready immediately - I sold stock that day, incurring a huge tax bill. That night without having the P&S form signed back, we were asking for "grace" until the morning to allow the seller of the house to finalize the details on his next house. Nothing about any other offers on the table! The next morning, the seller took another offer with reportedly worse terms. Nicole refused all phone calls during and after the deal. The brokerage gave one quick email reply, then ignored us completely to this point still. This conduct violates the spirit of the Realtor Code of Ethics: honesty, transparency, and fair dealing. Instead, I was left with no house, a large tax bill, and a devastating experience. Avoid this agency — and especially Nicole — at all costs.

    After a frustrating experience with a previous realtor—where my condo sat on the market for over a month with minimal interest and no offers—I turned to Nikki Palladino, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. She completely rebranded the listing, brought in a professional photographer, used her strong social media presence to generate buzz, and paid incredible attention to detail when it came to personally staging the condo. From layout to lighting, every touch was thoughtful and elevated the space beautifully. After just one weekend of open houses, I received multiple offers—most of them over asking—and had a signed P&S in place within days. Nikki is sharp, proactive, and truly knows how to position a property to sell fast and for top dollar. Her results speak for themselves.     I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE working with Nikki. I was a reluctant buyer having made excuses to purchase my own home for many, many years. Nikki changed all of that for me and my family and made our dream of owning a home come true. From start to finish, Nikki prepared me on what to expect and was forth coming with all information that she had. Not only did she help us buy our home, she connected us with our lender, our real estate attorney, and home owner's insurance agent. Truly a DREAM TEAM!
