I worked with Hope in 2019 and again in 2022; the first time as a buyer and the second time as a seller. Both experiences were extremely positive. What I loved the most was how quick and responsive she was to all my inquiries and questions. There was never a time that I had to wait to hear back from her. Even if she didn't have the answer immediately (and I honestly can't even remember a time when that happened), she would get the information quickly. She is always upbeat, positive, and professional, even when the process can get stressful. Her honest assessment of the potential of a property and suggestions for easy and inexpensive improvements that really made a difference were very valuable to me. She stayed on top of all the processes, documents, certifications and requirements to complete the transaction, so I barely had to do anything except sign and start enjoying my new home (or deposit the check in the case of the property we sold together). I highly recommend Hope and her group of professional associates for all real estate actions. I certainly will be using her again if I have any such needs.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sara. She is knowledge, organized, confident and responsive. Sara knows this market very well and guided us on the best approach in selling our home. In a time that was unsettling for us, Sara was there every step of the way. She was attentive to our needs and communicated each and every step. Sara was always available and very attentive to our needs/unique situation. She communicated with not only us but other members of the buying/selling team in a professional manner. We would recommend Sara to anyone who needs a competent, thorough, knowledgeable real estate agent!

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Jaclyn is! After nearly three years of searching, she helped us find our dream home! Jaclyn was very patient with us and made sure we looked at homes that matched our budget and taste, particularly with the competitive market we had endured. We saw our future home on a Saturday and that night the buyers accepted our offer and Sunday’s open house was cancelled. It was such an amazing feeling of relief; we couldn’t have done it without her knowledge.
