Colleen worked with us 100% selling our home. From starting with helping us declutter for picture perfect photography set ups. Selling the home was in one day. It looked gorgeous for selling. Colleen was such an expert on selling with our many questions where she answered professionally with 1st hand knowledge. Her personality is awesome as well Colleen Toner is highly recommended. She will not disappoint. Just try and find better….you won’t. Love her work ethics. Closing was a breeze

My brother, who lived in Lynn, died and made me his executor. I live in Colorado and we had no remaining family in New England. Colleen made the process of selling his house easy (and profitable), she took care of a myriad of details that a) I didn't know about and b) would have had great trouble taking care of from 2,000 miles away. She (or her associate) was always available to answer questions or concerns and the process of selling the house proceeded quickly. I am grateful for her help and wisdom, and recommend her with absolutely no reservations.

Anna is a rockstar! My husband and I were first time homebuyers relatively new to the MA area, from out of state. Anna helped us find great programs through her many connections and was able to help us find the lender that fit best with our needs. She was so kind and patient and understanding of our needs, and wants in a home, and she helped us find the perfect fit. She sent homes our way, and was able to schedule showings, do amazing comparative analysis for us and help us to understand all the ins and outs of the process. While we are staying put in our new home for a while, she is our first choice when we do decide it’s time to upgrade. You can’t go wrong hiring her!

Melissa was great right from the beginning. She let me know what she thought the house should go for and was right on the money. When there was no offers after our first open house, she gave me some tips to make it more appealing and we started getting offers soon after. She worked hard with open houses and private showings. She was very professional and showed real commitment.
