Anna is a rockstar! My husband and I were first time homebuyers relatively new to the MA area, from out of state. Anna helped us find great programs through her many connections and was able to help us find the lender that fit best with our needs. She was so kind and patient and understanding of our needs, and wants in a home, and she helped us find the perfect fit. She sent homes our way, and was able to schedule showings, do amazing comparative analysis for us and help us to understand all the ins and outs of the process. While we are staying put in our new home for a while, she is our first choice when we do decide it’s time to upgrade. You can’t go wrong hiring her!

Melissa was great right from the beginning. She let me know what she thought the house should go for and was right on the money. When there was no offers after our first open house, she gave me some tips to make it more appealing and we started getting offers soon after. She worked hard with open houses and private showings. She was very professional and showed real commitment.

Colleen’s strong knowledge of the local market was instrumental in helping us prepare the house for sale and determining the pricing and other strategies when going to market. Colleen was also able to provide us with various referrals for subcontractors that were responsive and did great work.
