Anna went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I buy our first home. She was on top of all paperwork, deadlines, communication, and appointments. We had a low budget for this crazy market and were not sure if buying was in the cards for us at this time, but that did not deter Anna from looking for us. We requested showings at some pretty gnarly properties and she was right there with us. When we finally found our property, Anna moved so quickly and our offer was accepted within 24 hours. Even with some last minute challenges that popped up, Anna got us to closing. We appreciate her positivity, calmness, and dedication as we settle into this next stage of life. Thank you Anna!

My parents bought their home from Colleen Toner 24 years ago. And have now sold with her. We’re so thankful for Colleen Toner and Anna Budai Louf Toner Real Estate! They listed, did pictures, had a showing and my parents received an offer that evening. Offer was accepted and signed the following day. All this within less than a week. Jose O Rosa and I bought our first home from Colleen when I was 19 and Jose was 20. And 24 years later she has stuck by our side through multiple sales and purchases of our homes. Colleen set us up with Anna and she is truly one of a kind. She rolled up her sleeves and help us clean out.

Laura was an absolute dream to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so patient. She really knows the area (we looked at MANY towns together in MA) and helped us think about what town, neighborhood and home style would be best for us and our family. She is kind, thoughtful and really listens to her clients. I find her very trustworthy as well which is of key importance when you’re making such a large purchase. I will always recommend her to any friends or family members who may be looking to move. Whenever we plan on buying another property I already know we’ll be reaching out to Laura to work with her again.

Laura was very professional and kind to us when we sold our Mom's home after she passed. She was right there with every detail and very timely in her communication with us.
