My parents bought their home from Colleen Toner 24 years ago. And have now sold with her. We’re so thankful for Colleen Toner and Anna Budai Louf Toner Real Estate! They listed, did pictures, had a showing and my parents received an offer that evening. Offer was accepted and signed the following day. All this within less than a week. Jose O Rosa and I bought our first home from Colleen when I was 19 and Jose was 20. And 24 years later she has stuck by our side through multiple sales and purchases of our homes. Colleen set us up with Anna and she is truly one of a kind. She rolled up her sleeves and help us clean out.

Laura was an absolute dream to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so patient. She really knows the area (we looked at MANY towns together in MA) and helped us think about what town, neighborhood and home style would be best for us and our family. She is kind, thoughtful and really listens to her clients. I find her very trustworthy as well which is of key importance when you’re making such a large purchase. I will always recommend her to any friends or family members who may be looking to move. Whenever we plan on buying another property I already know we’ll be reaching out to Laura to work with her again.

Laura was very professional and kind to us when we sold our Mom's home after she passed. She was right there with every detail and very timely in her communication with us. Anna is consummate professional. She assisted our family in selling our Dad's house which he had lived in 63 years before his passing this January. She was always available through email and on the phone to answer any concerns we had. Anna even did a showing when a neighbor came the day she put the sign on the front lawn. After several open houses we had a buyer. Anna did her due diligence and assured us the buyer was a strong candidate to buy our family home. The buyer was very anxious to get the home closed and with Anna's assistance the deal was signed only a few weeks after the house went on the market.
