Anna is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and was will us every step of the way. My partner and I were so grateful to her for her ability to be on top of everything during this process. When we saw our place, Anna was quick to help us put in an offer that was accepted on our dream home. Anna was amazingly helpful with our house search. As a local, she was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to help us tailor our search to places that fit what we were looking for. While at open houses, she was incredibly attentive and was able to quickly pick out potential problem areas or flipper fixes that our untrained eyes wouldn't have caught. She also has extensive knowledge of high quality local service providers, and was able to connect us with trusted, competent professionals both throughout the purchase process and to help us with updates to the property that we ended up buying. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, thorough, patient, and kind. We have already recommended her to several of our friends, and will absolutely be working with Toner for future real estate needs.
