It was a pleasure to work with Brody. I met him at an open house he was working and appreciated his genuine approach. He was very responsive, flexible, and patient despite my changing "requirements and wants." Since I was new to the area, I was nervous about making a hasty decision and was not familiar with the North Carolina laws with respect to buyers' rights and contract laws. Brody maintained open communication and did a good job of educating me on what I needed to know to make a sound decision. I am grateful that he helped me find and buy the perfect home for me. He was awesome to work with and I highly recommend him.
