Joe really knows his stuff! He was recommended by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with his results. Joe works closely with the seller’s realtor and provided a lot of knowledge/advice throughout the home buying process. Joe worked with us for more than a month to make sure that the home we purchased was the right fit. Would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy in Ventura County!

Joe was such a great realtor to work with in buying our first home. He’s very knowledgeable on the market and was responsive to all of our needs. We began our house hunting while still living in Hawaii, so Joe went to every house we asked him to and would give us good video tours as well as his honest feedback. We really appreciated his honesty and feedback. A few times we almost settled for less than we wanted and let emotions take over but Joe always provided us with the voice of reason and got us our dream home. We will definitely work with Joe again in the future!

Joe was awesome to work with! This was our first home purchase so it was a bit daunting at first. He made the process clear and helped is through the whole way. Not only during the buying process, but after moving in, he made himself consistently available to help with any questions we had. He made what was at first seem to be a very stressful experience to be clear and as stream lined as possible which reduced a lot of stress my Wife and I had!

Joe was fantastic. This is my 4th home purchase and hands down the best realtor I’ve had. He was extremely knowledgeable in the area and with the process. I was moving from another city and each time I asked about a home I saw online he was very transparent and Would tell me about the neighborhood, schools, etc. He also steered me to a lender I had never heard of that was able to beat my banks rate by more than 1%. If you’re looking for a Realtor, Joe’s the top performer!
