I met Joe several years ago at a small coffee shop in Chesapeake City MD. We struck up a conversation and I explained that my wife and I were passively looking for a single family home on the bay. Joe set me up on his email notification system which kept me in the loop on properties of interest. Over the last few years Joe has been my "go to guy" for any properties which fit our criteria. His familiarity with the bay and tributaries, his family history and "local" knowledge, his strong Real Estate background and his easy going demeanor kept me calling him again and again as things came along. Joe never pressured us, rather, simply provided sound advice and offered his services if the "right place" came along. More recently my wife and I focused on making this dream come true and Joe was instrumental. After looking at a few properties, we keyed in on a unique property which turned out to be just across the river from our Condo. Joe worked quickly to submit and negotiate our offer, he work through some challenging issues, offered sound advice and was always professional. We were able to come to terms with the seller, settlement went smooth and we are now decorating our new home! I'm glad I met and used Joe - I strongly recommend Joe Zang! "JOE KNOWS"!

Joe did an amazing job. He has been in the real estate business for a very long time and it is for a good reason. Aswell as very obvious he has the connections, knowledge, and drive to make anything you need to happen happen. He was there for the purchase of our first home along with the sale of the same home years later and he made it as easy and straightforward as it could be. I appreciate everything he did for us and the guidance he provided.
