You can't do better than Andy. He took what I thought would be an arduous process and made it a breeze. Got the best deal and walked me through every step and every silly question I had. The best there is.

Our house-selling experience was made a lot less stressful thanks to Andy. He helped us in making tough decisions and in setting what we thought was the right price on the house. He was correct in advising us to reduce our price, which lead to an offer. Andy went above and beyond to help us sell our town home. It was such a comfort to know he was always on top of everything, especially since the closing date was changed three times. I just wanted to let you know how much my wife and I appreciate your initiative and competence. You stood by us, took our back from the beginning, and shared our frustrations when we expected a quick sale. We want to thank you from our hearts! We can't tell you how much it means to us to have sold this house after several months, dozens of showings, and many disappointments.

Andy was a joy to work with. He helped my husband and I find the perfect home in record time! He is very professional/organized, and gets things moving very swiftly.
