Tim and his team did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase our new home in Harford County. His specific knowledge and expertise through personal experience is and was invaluable. It was a good feeling to trust the things he was explaining to us knowing he had gone through it himself or with another client. When he wasn't directly available (not often!), he made sure someone was so that we didn't miss any opportunities. Can't say enough, appreciated the whole process and happy with our choice in Realtor!

Just purchased our dream home in Bel Air, MD! BIG shout out to everyone at Compass Home Group and especially Tim Langhauser for making the process so smooth. We started working for a home with Tim over a year ago. Let me say this.. Tim is one of the most professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable people in the industry. He was patient and always providing a lot of information for each home we looked at (which was a lot). I couldn't have asked for a better agent and so thankful he found us our dream home. Mary was my Real Estate Agent and she held out with us for YEARS lol literally she never gave up on us. After 3 long years we got where we needed and was able to start looking at houses. Mary was understanding what we where looking for and never wasted time on ideas that was out of our range! She was VERY honest and communicated every step to us. We have been in our house for 2 1/2 years now and at times i still reach out to mary about something for our house weather its learning more about refinancing or that my kids found a sparket in our house (joke with my kids and her) she is always responding and ready to help with anything! Mary not only was extremely professional she had FUN with us and she inclued my whole family in this journey! I could not have asked her a better agnet!
