Brittany was fantastic from start to finish. As an out of state seller with a home needing extensive renovations she was there all the way. Making sure the contractor was getting everything done in a timely manner. Closing couldn’t have been easier and her communication was great !

Jason just assisted us in purchasing our new home and he was absolutely amazing the whole time. He walked us through everything as we went, explaining the paperwork we were signing, connecting us with a mortgage broker, even going so far as to schedule all of the home inspection vendors that needed to be coordinated and sending a reminder to us when we needed to have the utilities changed over. We didn't have to lift a finger through most of the process. I am so glad that we found him and we would definitely hire him again!

There are not enough words or ways to explain how amazing Jason's services were during my home buying experience. Jason was extremely professional while also providing a relaxed demeanor which made it very easy to be open and honest about my needs, wants and expectations. From begining to end, Jason was proactive in helping me find the right home for me and my daughter, from searching for possible homes, researching homes I had questions on, looking ahead to possible barriers or needs for pursuing a purchase, assisting in getting all inspections completed and following up on adjustments needed prior to finalizing the purchase. He constantly maintained communication to me regarding every step and collaborated with inspectors, lenders and other seller/realtors efficiently and effectively. Of all the many great things I could say, the thing I appreciated most of all was Jason's ability to walk me through each step and explain everything in a simple, clear way so that I could understand and become more confident and comfortable in making educated decisions in my home buying process. He helped me to be in control of the whole process and provided the essential support I needed. I am forever grateful for his help into this next chapter of my life and would absolutely use him again in the future should I chose to sell or buy any properties/homes. thank you!!!!
