she is unbelievable , in the world we currently live in finding someone like Stephanie is extremely rare. It’s one thing that you find a person who is very good at what they do and delivers a great service to you but it’s a totally different thing when you find the person not only very good at what they do but also extremely genuine, friendly sweet, relatable, knowledgeable resource and treat you like family. Our family can’t be thankful not grateful enough for knowing her and for everything she did with us! If you work with Stephanie, it means you’re one of those people who got a chance to meet and deal with an extremely amazing and rare to find person.

Steph worked with me for over 2 years and, me being a disabled veteran, she has always shown me patience and respect. She has looked out for my best interest and, in this insane market, has enabled me to make informed decisions. I'm not an easy person to deal with, but she was always there for me, friendly and ready to help me get the house. She also coordinated well with my lender, which is very important in this competitive market. I know own a house I never thought possible thanks, in part, to Steph. I highly recommend her, especially for veterans!

Let me start by saying Stephanie is one of the best realtors out here. When my fiance and I first met her, we instantly knew she was the one we wanted to go with on our home journey. Stephanie made sure to make our process as smooth as possible ,no matter what time of the day or night it was,she was always there to answer any questions we had,any help we needed or just to be our listening ears whenever we felt frustrated. We had the most amazing experience with her,we definitely didn’t feel like we were just clients of hers. Our journey on becoming first time homeowners wasn’t an easy process but it was definitely successful because of our amazing realtor. As a first time home buyer, we loved working with Stephanie! Working with her company, Compass, was a pleasure, especially as a member of the service. Even though the market is crazy, she always had a positive attitude and put our best interest first! She is very well rounded with each state’s regulations (PA, DE, and MD). Very communicative no matter what time of the day! Whether you are selling or buying a home, I would 10/10 recommend Stephanie and her team!
