Kim is an incredible person to have on your team. She is smart, experienced, honest, and an advocate for your success. As a first time home seller, we found the process to be stressful and overwhelming, but Kim calmed our worries at every turn. We had been in discussion for several years and Kim waited patiently until we felt ready. When it came time to go to market, she, of course, helped us sell quickly and at a price we felt good about! Needless to say, you're in good hands with Kim.

It was a pleasure to work with Kim. She accurately priced our home for sale in the ever changing Real Estate market place. Kim was extremely helpful in organizing repairs to be accomplished, prior to settlement, in a timely manner. She's a professional and skilled negotiator and works diligently for her clients. The photographer was awesome. We wouldn't hesitate to list with Kim again.

Kim is everything you would want and need your realtor to be. All you have to do is call her and tell her what you want, consider the rest handled. This is the second home she has sold for our family over the years. She is professional, focused and genuinely concerned on a personal level about your transaction. She has the skill to make you know that your listing is the most important one she has. Absolutely the best at what she does, hands down!!!
