Jose took the time to show us a few homes, however he was very pushy and aggressive in trying to persuade us to put in offers and look up disclosures for houses we weren’t 100% interested in. Once we told him that we decided to go with a different realtor, he told us that he wasn’t a ‘door opener’ and that he would no longer help us.

We were first time home buyers and we had absolutely no past experience on how and where to start our home buy process. We were extremely lucky to have Jose as our agent, because he was able to help us work through out the entire process, including educating us the details of home buying, suggesting strategies, explaining how mortgage works, and touring multiple homes of our interests. We felt that Jose is an real expert and has great passion in helping people finding their dream homes. He was always available to take our messages, phone calls, and zoom meetings, even late at night, and he help us with touring many different homes in our price range, even including some that are less attractive just to give us some good comparisons to let us better picture our dream home. When we found the house that we were most interested in, Jose tried his best to tour the house with us, communicate with the listing agent, and suggest different strategies for us to finally give a competitive offer and secure the house. Even after our offer was accepted, he is still working really hard to go over any documentations we were confused about and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He is very patient and nice and make the process so smooth and relaxing for us. From our first contact to getting the keys to our first home, it only took a little over a month, and we were so surprised and thrilled that we managed to go through the entire process from absolutely nothing in such a smooth and organized way. It was a great pleasure working with Jose, and we would highly recommend him to any future home buyers!

Horrible service and process I just cancel the contract and removed my listed home from Market, so sad! This realtor “ suggests me “ to go and rent a house while he sale mine hires a handy man for up to $7000 dollars to clean my yard and he expect me to pay before you want to make a deal contact his manager Brett. Totally bad, bad, bad.

We are a returning client. Jose helped us buy and sell some of our rental properties. We met Jose some years ago through a close high school friend who recommended Jose for his tight connection and deep network in the Bay Area that we are looking for. Being in the engineering line of work my husband and I are pretty detail oriented and pride ourselves to be self-reliant; we do research before talking to any professionals including doctors and real estate agents. With that Jose met all our requirements and beyond. What we like Jose the most is his well-rounded knowledge, professionalism, effectiveness and above all his positive and wanting to help nature. Jose was always there to gently advise and assist day or night. He was efficient but he was never pushy. Our last deal by Jose broke a record and it was done off market, which saved time, effort and money from not needing to fix it prior to hitting the market. This negotiation was achieved through Jose’s relationships within the real estate community. That made us proud by association as a client. We would hire Jose to represent our next house in a heartbeat!

Jose, thank a ton for getting us our dream house in this competitive market. We started our home buying journey couple of months back and you had not just helped us buy our exact requirement, also spent a lot of time showing us houses that were not meeting our requirement exactly and had few things that matched our requirement to firm up our requirement. As against many others in market you never pushed us to change our requirement or budget. At a point in time we almost lost hope and were ready to quit our search, you had gone that extra mile to search as per our requirement and lined up appointments. We had strict budget, multiple requirements, and other challenges. You had connected us to the correct mortgage lender & other vendors who could help ease home buying journey. It took almost a month to write our first offer and our first offer got us our house. You have a very good sense of market condition/insight. We are very happy with the entire home buying journey and highly recommend others to seek your advice.
