Jonathan was amazing! He was very informative and patient during the whole process. He was great at communicating everything that I needed to know and ensured that I understood each step as we continued. He also did a great job at providing options and opinions when asked. He provided the best experience I ever had with any real estate ever.

Jonathan was my selling agent when I recently sold my first home. I had little understanding of the entire process (I bought the home as a new construction, so no real estate agents involved), and Jonathan helped and explained everything every step of the way. He was patient when the process of my tenants leaving the property took longer than expected. He always communicated to me what the current market situation was, how to best proceed, and helping me set realistic expectation for what we can expect. He was super responsive and always on time to all of our meetings. Once we found potential buyers, he made sure I would get the best deal. The closing process was a breeze. From start to finish, Jonathan made the process of selling my first home a walk in the park with the best outcome for me. I would recommend Jonathan and his team without hesitation.

Jonathan and his team of professionals are truly amazing to work with and they get the job done! I was able to buy my first home , all virtually and during the pandemic!!! I was shown an array of homes that were carefully selected to meet the needs of my family. Jonathan provided thorough in person virtual tours and made the buying process so smooth. Jon is knowledgeable and clearly an industry expert that is highly respected in the field. And the bonus is that his wife Rayanne is super talented with design and interior decorating. They are a dynamite team and highly recommend using Jonathan Benya and his team for your FIRST or NEXT home purchase or sale.

As first time Homebuyers, my wife and I were truly blessed in a serendipitous way to have encountered Rayanne and Jonathan from the Benya Group. I could go on and on about their professionalism, but their human approach to understanding the intricacies of the Home buying process is indelibly beyond the realm of just excellence… they are incredibly amazing. For weeks, we drove through various corners of Charles county before finding our beautiful new home; with Rayanne and Jonathan at our sides providing us with their expert opinion along the way, but never seeming to “rush” us in our final decision making.
