Demetrius is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and reliable agents I’ve come across. He is a master at his craft and is very well grounded and connected in the real estate field. Demetrius is very patient and knowledgeable in his field. He knew different types of loans and grants that I may qualify for and was very honest the entire process. He did not try to coax me into a home for the purpose of commission, but to make sure I was happy. I will be purchasing my forever home with Demetrius in two years. Thanks for everything.

I met Demetrius in 2015 and he helped me find and buy my first house!! He is amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive! So of course I reached out to him to sell that very same home and buy a new home this year! I have and will continue to recommend Demetrius to anyone seeking a realtor. He's the greatest. With the house he just helped me close on, the garage door opener would not connect to my car so Demetrius bought me an actually remote for my garage door opener! How thoughtful was that? He did not have to but he cares about his clients. My family and I have adapted him to our family! And he is my lifetime Realtor!
