John and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed of my options. When I had ANY questions or concerns they were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very thoughtful and patient with their answers. I'm so glad we chose them to sell my father's home. They made what seemed like a scary/daunting process feel like a breeze. Would absolutely work with them again!

John & Lisa were very knowledgeable in the area that I was selling and buying. They helped me to determine the selling price for homes like the one that I sold and guided me on the price that I should be paying for the condo that I bought. They put me at ease on things that I was nervous about.

The best team in Real Estate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for selling your home or finding a home. My father who is 94 was in his home for over 60 years. He had to move medical reasons. They took care of him with such respect, understanding, patience. Truly a gift they have of compassion. They notified us every step of the way. If we called, 95% of the time they were answering our call. If not they would call back. Never had us waiting. John picked my dad up for closing. Took him to the bank and even lunch. Then took him home. Through the whole process they went above and beyond. If you want to sell a home...call them. If you want to buy one, they will guide you every step of the way. I am sure that it will be an enjoyable experience. Thank you John and Lisa. We appreciate everything you did.

Started working with John @ Marker Team initially for a home search in Royal Oak, MI but quickly turned into helping with the sale of my home in the same city. John was very calm and collected when speaking about selling the home. There was an initial meeting to walk through the home, go over expectations from my end and he provided input as to price ranges and time frames for sale. Came prepared with analysis package on the property and comps in the area. I came to the table with an idea in mind after researching the area and John confirmed the ballpark was correct. Very kind communication and extremely prompt day or night, even on the weekend. John was very quick when follow up details needed confirmation and was just as helpful for personal questions about the process. Definitely makes you feel like you are on the same team! We were able to lock down a full price offer within 24 hours of listing publicly. Would highly recommend an will work with again for real estate needs.
