Rose and Cheryl were a delight to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and patient with my 87 yr old Father. This is the third home we’ve sold and the third home we’ve bought with Rose. She has consistently exceeded our expectations in every way. My partner entered into a lowball agreement with a “we buy” group out of Detroit. When there was an attempt to have us agree to 25k below this lowball offer, we knew we had a problem. When Rose was recommended by a neighbor, we felt relief. She was there every step of the way … via text and phone. We were overwhelmed and were being fed false info by the unscrupulous manager and other decision makers. Rose set us up with an attorney and even accompanied us to the appointment so that we stayed on the right track. This mess and agreement that we should not have entered into was finally settled to our benefit. Rose has been directly responsible for my partner receiving 100k more than this ill-advised low ball offer. Rose saved him from this mess. We are so totally grateful to Rose and Cheryl on her team. Rose is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the southwest Detroit market. She has her finger on the pulse of what the market is doing and what buyers are looking for. We had a condo that needed updating before being put on the market. Because Rose knows what current buyers are looking for we were able to make a couple updates with flooring and painting that ended up getting an offer over the asking price on the very first day of showings. We very much appreciate working with Rose and her staff through the selling process. They not only are knowledgeable but also very attention detailed and quick to respond to request and questions.
