We were first time home buyers and didn't know quite what to expect. JB was there for us throughout the whole process, answered any and all questions we had, and educated us on everything we should expect along the journey. He made the process of buying a house easier and a lot less stressful. We highly recommend him!

In over 20 years of dealing with real estate, John has been the best representative that I have worked with. He goes above and beyond what other realtors do to make sure the transaction goes smoothly and the owner is well informed. He assisted with preparation of the home and other items that needed to be completed when he did not have to do this in order to relieve the burden of dealing with such items on me. I definitely recommend John to anyone needing real estate assistance.

JB not only has knowledge and experience, he has a genuine passion for helping people find houses. He responds quickly to phone calls and texts. Which as first time home buyers, we learned was so important when searching for homes in this market. But the best thing I can say about JB Is that he never tried to sell us a house, he simply gave us the knowledge and support to find the best house for us.

JB goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! He was extremely helpful from start to finish, and beyond! JB is very knowledgeable about the market and home buying, selling, leasing, and more. He has personally worked with my husband on 5 real estate transactions; I've been part of the last 2 of those.
