Joel was amazing throughout the whole process. When we first listed the house, we had a lot of interest. Then the market came to a standstill with the government shutdown. Joel told us not to worry it would pick back up . It took some time , but he kept me in the loop the whole way. He gave great advise on some big decisions and they paid off. I would recommend Joel to anyone looking for a Great realtor. I went with Joel to sell my house because he was also the one who sold it to me. So wether your buying or selling , highly recommend giving Joel a call.

Joel was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. We toured a few homes and then took a break for a few months before continuing our search, Joel remained available for any questions and he was there for us every step of the way. Truly made home buying feel like an easy process.
