Max has been a tremendous help for me in my home purchase journey. He is super knowledgeable and very patient with me throughout the whole buying experience. Simply AMAZING Realtor. As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot of new things to navigate for my wife and I. Max was a great partner in this journey explaining every step, connecting us to the right resources and making sure we have a white glove service with no hassle. The whole thing took much faster than expected. He is also helping us with renovation and getting the right contractor and connections for the best outcome. This was the second time I have dealt with a real estate agent In my whole life and the first time did not fair well. Now with that being said my experience with Jennifer was a 180 degree turnaround. Jennifer was with us every step of the way in both selling and buying a home. The sale of our home was much quicker than I expected and we got way more than we expected due to her experience in real estate. She new exactly what to do to achieve our goal. When it came to buying our new home which took a little longer, Jennifer was right there. she was sending us notifications every time a house came on the market. Jennifer kept in touch with us every couple of days for almost 3 months. We looked at quite a few homes before we found what we wanted. She took care of every detail with our new home when it came time negotiating with the seller. If I had to do this all over again, I would definitely choose Jennifer in the future.
